Order Processing Time:

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days. Custom and personalized jewelry orders may require additional processing time, and the estimated timeline will be communicated during the order confirmation.

Shipping Methods:

  • We offer secure and insured shipping through trusted carriers. We use USPS Priority Mail.
  • Priority Mail shipping typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery.
  • Alternate shipping options are available; please call the store to discuss your preference. 707-599-2941. 

Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your package's progress.

International Shipping:

  • No international shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy:

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from North Coast Jewelers. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process. Here are the details:

>5-Day Return Policy: Orders less than $500

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original packaging and documentation.

>Return Process:

  • Contact our customer support team via email or use or Contact Us page to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging and documentation.
  • Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the package to the provided return address.

>Refunds & Exchanges:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), our quality control team will inspect them.
  • Store credit will be issued.
  • Exchanges for a different size or product may be arranged based on availability.

Please Note:

  • Engraved or custom-made jewelry pieces are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of shipping errors or damaged items.
